Nowhere else have we seen water like this. Crystai clear, and warm.
The ROYAL SUNSET in CANCUN is one of the finest vacation experiences you can have. My family has enjoyed this so very much whenever we have traveled to CANCUN. The nightlife is great, and it's very safe (contrary to reports of Banditos kidnapping tourists) I would let my kids off the leash compared to many places we've traveled. The locals really appreciate our business, and at every level they watch out to keep these locations trouble free.

The evenings are stunning, and the dinner buffet (only one picture) is just great. Or you can choose to stay inside and enjoy the beauty of the Resort.

Our rooms are large and this combination sleeps 8 comfortably. One larger unit with full kitchen, and a completely separate unit with it's own entry door has a Kitchenette, bedroom and bath. This is the deluxe room that is NOT available other than through RCI or Interval International or by Owners.Our ownership gives you top priveledges and the all inclusive meals are a real deal for a bunch of young adults. Endless food and beverages (including alcoholic) delivered to you at the beach, in your room, at poolside, or in the restaraunts. The lobby hosts entertainment nightly, and has a nice bar as well.
You can be a guest through our ownership for $1600 week + all inclusive fees per person. Please check with me when you make your reservatiopn as all inclusive fees change from time to time. You can stay up to one month using our timeshare, and enjoy the luxury of their 5 star service. What a getaway !
All inclusive fees are: $560/adult $294/child Remember these are NOT just for food, read about all inclusive below. All inclusive is the only way I can provide this unit.
Here's how I run this rental.
You contact me with your requirements. I check availability and give you an answer. You commit to the rental, and I call and put it on a 24 hour hold in your name (I'll need a scan of the Photo ID you will use upon arrival). You then contact the front desk, and verify that the reservation has been made. Then you have 24 hours to wire transfer the funds to my account. (I know Craigslist warns against wire transfer, but I don't want to get stiffed either) You can ask my bank about me.... I've had an account for over 23 years. Upon receipt of funds I will make the reservation final, and it's in your name under my account. You are responsible upon arrival for charges to the room, and or damages on your credit card. The front desk will require Photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Have a great time in Cancun

Please realize that you are staying in a very deluxe accomodation that is NOT open to the public at large. There are maintenance fees paid each year for maintaining the condition of these units in pristine condition. You won't be dissappointed! Please treat the property with respect.
